If circumstances outside of the norm prevents the golf course or simulators from being open for 14 consecutive days and you have a membership, Bunker Hill will extend your membership expiration date by 14 days.
For example: if you have a March/April membership that expires April 30th and the course is ordered to shut down for 14 days, then Bunker Hill will extend your membership through May 14th
If circumstances outside of the norm prevents the golf course or simulators from being open for more that 14 consecutive days and you have a membership, Bunker Hill will honor those days during a similar season at a later date when available.
For example: if you have a March/April membership that expires April 30th and the course is ordered to shut down for more than 14 days, then Bunker Hill will credit the member for the length of time of shutdown starting Oct 15th, 2020 or March 24,2021 per member’s request.
Bunker Hill is not issuing cash refunds for partially unused memberships but will do our very best to accommodate you the best we can.
