League Pre-payment Plan

1.                  League pre-payment fee is calculated at 20 weeks (17 weeks for *Monday leagues due to holidays, 17 for Monday due to July 4^th) multiplied by a discounted 9-hole fee of $16and $15 for seniors. The Fee is $320.00 and $300 for SR.

2.                  Each pre-pay prior will receive a complimentary 9 hole pass and one hour of simulator rental time pass.

3.                  The entire league must pre-pay for the year no later than April 1, 2011.

4.                  The league Secretary will deliver cash or 1 check for the total fee of all league members no later than April 1, 2011.

5.                  Pre-paid leagues may begin play on their league night as soon as payment is made and may continue to play on their league night until the end of October. No additional green fees will be charged for these additional weeks and up to 2 rain-out dates will be covered by these weeks. Rain checks will be issued starting with the 3^rd rain-out.

6.                Pre-paid leagues may play over 30 weeks for the price of 20!!!! 

7.                  Pre-paid leagues may bring substitute golfers to fill in for absentees and will not be charged additional green fees for subs. Ex. If a league pre-pays for 20 golfers, they may bring any 20 golfers during their 20-week league season and not be charged additional green fees.

8.                  League rosters will be required to check off names weekly. Only league players on the roster may take advantage of the “free” weeks before and after the official league season.

9.                  Cart fees will be kept separate and will be paid on a weekly basis.

*$272 for regular Monday League. $255 for seniors.
