The sports calendar is full throughout the year with College and Professional sporting events galore. Make your favorite sport or favorite team the focus of your next successful party at Bunker's.

Kick-off the party with some buffalo wings or other essential party food. Then move into high gear with mouth-watering steaks and burgers from the grill. Don't forget Bunker's stocks all your favorite beers and libations!

  WING DING

The purpose of a Wing Ding event is to raise funds in a fun way. The idea is to get a large value (all you can eat) for a donated dollar amount.   Bunker Hill will charge *$15 for 3 hours of all you can eat wings, pizza, soft beverages and domestic draft beer. We bring out a variety as requested of wings and pizza. Bartenders serve the beer and soft beverages. Event holders are welcome to bring their own desserts and snacks. After the actual hours of wing ding time, you are welcome to have your guest stay and hold any other raffles, entertainment, etc. as you wish. The bar will be open during the wing ding and after for cash sales. *$17 per person for bottle domestics and well liquor   The simulators can be included in your event. You may hold a long drive contest, putting contest or actual golf scramble/match play contest during the event. We will help!   Most Wing Dings have raffle tickets sold for baskets the guests desire to win and or side boards. Extra fundraising is done with these.   Going rate for Wing Ding tickets? Around $25-$30. Figure selling 60 tickets at $25 and you are at $900 raised already!   Suggestions: Get an entertainer as a draw to sell more tickets to either donate their time or charge $30, $5 each person can go to the entertainers charge.   Have a theme!   Write a letter to business requesting any donated items for baskets. Anything should be in consideration and any business. You can put together things later as you gather what you collected. Make sure you get their contact name for thank you after the event. Remember, Good Will or the Thrift stores are great places to get baskets to make a nice presentation. Bunker Hill will have the tables needed for the baskets.   Make sure you get full address and contact names of all attendees to the event. Sell tickets, get names and addresses, will call with full information or door sales day of, get info. These contacts are valuable for a thank you after and for future events you want to invite them to. Tickets do not need to be made expensively. As long as you have their name after they paid, you can check them in at door.   If you plan on a golf game (scramble, etc) make sure you charge more to cover the prize amount to the winner and it is an added value to the event. Say you have a 9 hole event (two hours that night, maybe even two shifts of 6 groups), take 6 foursomes and charge each player $50 for the wing ding and golf and prize: Incentive is winning foursome gets $400, you have $560 to go to the fundraiser.   www.bunkerhillgolf.com   330.725.1400
